Booking your next trip with us

 GENERAL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Travel Now Group Ltd

These General Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Travel Now Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), whether booked via our website, by email, telephone, social media, T-Profile, or any other means, and form part of your contract with us.

They must be read together with:

  • Your      booking confirmation
  • Your      itinerary and invoice
  • The      relevant Pre-Contractual Information Form issued in accordance with the      Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (PTRs)
  • Our      Cancellation Policy
  • Any      applicable supplier terms and conditions

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1. Definitions

  • “You /      Your” means the lead passenger and all      persons named on the booking.
  • “Lead      Passenger” means the person who makes the booking      and whose name appears first on the booking confirmation.
  • “Package” has      the meaning given under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements      Regulations 2018.
  • “Supplier” means      any third-party provider of travel services, including airlines, hotels,      cruise lines, tour operators, transport providers, and attraction      providers.
  • “Unavoidable      and Extraordinary Circumstances” means      situations beyond our control which could not have been avoided even if      all reasonable measures had been taken.

2. Contract Formation & Authority

A binding contract comes into existence once we have received the required payment and issued a written booking confirmation.

The Lead Passenger confirms that they have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all persons named on the booking and is responsible for ensuring that all members of the party are aware of and comply with them.

There is no automatic cooling-off periodonce a booking has been confirmed, except where expressly required by law.

3. Our Role – Organiser vs Agent

Depending on the nature of your booking, we act either:

  • As Package      Organiser, where we are responsible for the proper performance of the      travel services included in the package under the PTRs; or
  • As an Agent,      arranging individual travel services on behalf of third-party suppliers,      where your contract for those services is directly with the supplier(s).

Our role will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation and Pre-Contractual Information Form.

4. Pre-Contractual Information (PTR 2018)

Before you are bound by a contract, you will be provided with the relevant Standard Information Form:

  • Schedule      2 – for online bookings with hyperlinks
  • Schedule      3 – for bookings made without hyperlinks,      including bookings made by telephone, email, social media, or T-Profile

These forms contain key information about your booking, your rights, financial protection, and cancellation terms and form part of your contract with us.

5. Prices & Payments

Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. A deposit or full payment may be required depending on the booking and supplier terms.

The balance must be paid by the due date shown on your booking confirmation. If the balance is not paid by this date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you, and cancellation charges may apply.

6. Accuracy of Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that all passenger details are correct at the time of booking. Passenger first and last names, as well as dates of birth, must match passports exactly.

Any errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. We cannot accept responsibility for any costs, losses, or issues arising from incorrect information supplied by you, or after the 24-hour grace period if changes are required to be made.

7. Changes & Amendments by You

Requests to amend a booking after confirmation are subject to availability and supplier terms.

Amendments may incur supplier charges and a reasonable administration fee charged by us. Some bookings may be non-changeable or non-refundable, and this will be communicated to you before booking.

8. Changes by Us or the Organiser

If we need to make a significant change to a package booking before departure, you will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and offered the options required under the Package Travel Regulations, which may include:

  • Accepting      the change
  • Receiving      an alternative package (where available)
  • Receiving      a refund

Minor changes do not entitle you to cancel without charge.

9. ATOL & Financial Protection

Where your booking includes flights and is sold as an ATOL-protected package, it is protected under the ATOL scheme operated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). An ATOL Certificate will be issued confirming what is protected.

ATOL protection applies primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom. Only the services listed on the ATOL Certificate are protected.

For non-flight packages, financial protection is provided through approved trust or insurance-backed arrangements in line with the Package Travel Regulations, including our membership of the Travel Trust Association (TTA – X2417).

10. Insurance

We strongly recommend that comprehensive travel insurance is taken out at the time of booking.

Your insurance should cover, as a minimum:

  • Cancellation      and curtailment
  • Medical      expenses and repatriation
  • Travel      disruption
  • Any      activities you intend to undertake

Some bookings may be non-refundable from the point of confirmation. Insurance may be the only protection against unforeseen circumstances.

11. Unavoidable & Extraordinary Circumstances

Except where required by the Package Travel Regulations, we will not be liable for failure to perform obligations where this is caused by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, pandemics, war, terrorism, industrial disputes, or decisions of governments or public authorities.

Where your booking constitutes a Package, your statutory rights under the PTRs will apply.

12. Travel Documents

Travel documents (including e-tickets, itineraries, vouchers, and ATOL Certificates where applicable) are normally issued electronically.

It is the responsibility of the Lead Passenger to ensure that all documents are received, checked, and shared with all members of the party.

13. During Your Trip & Assistance

If you experience any issues during your trip, you must inform the relevant supplier and Travel Now Group Ltd as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to assist or resolve the issue.

For package bookings, we will provide appropriate assistance in accordance with the PTRs.

14. Complaints

Any problems must be raised promptly during travel.

If unresolved, formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of return to:

accounts@travelnowgroup.co.uk

15. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and shared with suppliers, insurers, authorities, and regulators where necessary to fulfil your booking and comply with legal obligations.
