 CANCELLATION POLICY

Travel Now Group Ltd

This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made with Travel Now Group Ltd and forms part of your contract with us. It must be read together with:

• Your      booking confirmation
• The      General Booking Terms & Conditions
• The      relevant Pre-Contractual Information Form issued under the Package Travel      and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (PTRs)
• Any      applicable supplier terms and conditions

1. Cancellation by You

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be sent to:

The date on which we receive your written cancellation notice will be regarded as the effective date of cancellation.

Verbal cancellations cannot be accepted.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are calculated by reference to the scheduled departure date and are expressed as a percentage of the total booking cost (excluding any amendment fees already incurred):

• More      than 98 days before departure
      Loss of deposit
• 97 to      75 days before departure
      50% of the total booking cost or loss of deposit (whichever is greater)
• 74 to      29 days before departure
      75% of the total booking cost
• 28 days      or fewer before departure
      100% of the total booking cost

Cancellation charges apply per booking unless otherwise stated.

3. Supplier-Specific Cancellation Terms

Some travel services are subject to different or more restrictive cancellation terms imposed by suppliers, including but not limited to flights, cruises, accommodation, event tickets, or promotional fares.

Where supplier cancellation terms apply, these will take precedence and cancellation charges may be up to 100% from the date of confirmation. Full details of any such terms will be communicated to you prior to booking and confirmed in your booking documentation.

4. Package Bookings – Statutory Rights (PTR 2018)

For bookings that constitute a Package, you may cancel without charge where unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination or its immediate vicinity and significantly affect:

• The      performance of the package; or
• Transport      to the destination

In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund of payments made for the package, but no additional compensation will be payable, in line with the PTRs.

5. Cancellation by Us or the Organiser

In rare circumstances, we or the package organiser may need to cancel your booking.

If this occurs, you will be offered the options required under the PTRs, which may include:

• A full      refund of all monies paid; or
• Alternative      arrangements of an equivalent or higher standard, where available

No additional compensation will be payable unless required by law.

6. Failure to Pay

If you fail to pay any balance due by the payment deadline shown on your booking confirmation, we reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation by you, and cancellation charges will apply in accordance with this policy and/or supplier terms.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original method of payment within the timescales required by the PTRs or applicable supplier terms, less any applicable cancellation or administration charges.

8. Insurance

We strongly recommend that comprehensive travel insurance is taken out at the time of booking.

Where your reason for cancellation is covered by insurance, you may be able to reclaim applicable cancellation charges directly from your insurer.

9. Important Notes

• Cancellation      charges may increase closer to departure.
• Some      bookings are non-refundable from the date of confirmation.
• This      policy applies to bookings made via social media, email, telephone,      T-Profile, and website bookings where applicable.
