KEY BOOKING INFORMATION
Travel Now Group Ltd
This Key Booking Information document provides a summary of important information relating to your booking. It must be read together with the General Booking Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy, which contain full details of your rights and obligations.
Who We Are
Travel Now Group Ltd acts either as a Package Organiser or as an Agent, depending on the nature of your booking.
Our role will be clearly confirmed in your booking confirmation and in the Pre-Contractual Information Form provided to you before booking.
Your Contract
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a written booking confirmation has been issued.
There is no automatic cooling-off period once a booking has been confirmed, except where required by law.
The Lead Passenger accepts the booking on behalf of all persons named on the booking and is responsible for ensuring that all members of the party are aware of and accept the booking terms.
Financial Protection
ATOL Protection (Flight-Inclusive Bookings)
Where your booking includes flights and is sold as a package, it is protected under the ATOL scheme operated by the Civil Aviation Authority.
You will receive an ATOL Certificate, which confirms:
Only the services listed on the ATOL Certificate are ATOL protected.
ATOL protection applies primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.
Non-Flight Packages
For packages that do not include flights, financial protection is provided through approved trust or insurance-backed arrangements in line with the Package Travel Regulations, including our membership of the Travel Trust Association (TTA – X2417).
Payments
A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the booking and supplier terms.
The balance must be paid by the due date shown on your booking confirmation. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking and the application of cancellation charges.

Cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the total booking cost, depending on:

Changes
Changes requested after booking are subject to availability and supplier terms. Supplier charges may apply, along with a reasonable administration fee charged by us.
Some bookings may be non-changeable or non-refundable from the date of confirmation.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that comprehensive travel insurance is taken out at the time of booking.
Insurance should cover, as a minimum:
Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements for your destination(s).
Failure to meet entry requirements may result in denied boarding or entry, with no entitlement to a refund.
During Your Trip
If you experience any problems during your trip, you must notify the relevant supplier and Travel Now Group Ltd as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to assist.
